A newly discovered (2005) species from Hong Kong. Brown above with a golden-brown collar, paler below. Tragus long and curved. The male has a long penis (ca. 10mm) and the baculum is curved with a bifid tip. Discovered at Wu Kau Tang (Shek 2006). The bat is relatively large, with a forearm length around 38.5 mm, and may belong to the ceylonicus group..
